Royal’s widespread distribution and sales network is the largest in China. Established on a franchising basis, Royal has developed a range of turn-key store packages, which exclusively retail Royal products. Supplying such a diverse range of products to so many stores not only requires large-scale production capacity, but also quick turnaround and strong organisation – and of course we insist on total customer satisfaction.
The development of Royal’s domestic sales network has been rapid, even by Chinese standards. In Spring 2004, we announced reaching our targeted 1,000 store mark almost one year earlier than expected. Less than 2 years later, by Autumn 2006, total numbers of stores had already exceeded 2,000. Royal’s outstanding success in opening a nation-wide network of branded chain stores has provided a business model that many competitors in the market have tried to follow.
